My family is in agreement that it should replace my previous shortcake recipe! It was very quick and easy. The sweet and crunchy topping is the perfect compliment to the simple shortcake and berries. We enjoyed ours with milk poured over the top . And, actually, the cake is delicious by itself and even though I’m out of strawberries, I cannot stop slicing of peices of it.
