The first step is (1) to mix pretzels with sugar (3 TB). Does this come out of the 1 cup of powdered sugar? There is no other sugar listed, so I assumed so and (2) and butter. Is this the 3 TB of butter or the whole stick of butter? Which leads to my last question, when mixing the cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar, is it the 3 TB of butter or the whole stick of butter?
