I actually made cupcakes instead of a pie: I put graham cracker crumbs on the bottom of paper liners and poured the mixture over it and froze the cupcake tin. Then, I garnished it with sliced strawberries. It was very good! I made it for my birthday dessert and got only positive feedback from my family and friends.

I garnished with sliced strawberries and lemons, it was beautiful. I think next time I’m going to substitute lime for the lemon and make it a Strawberry Limemade Pie.
