I added vanilla to the cream cheese mixture. It was a little tart so I think more like a 1/4 sugar would be just right. I tried it warm and it was not great. We chilled it and served it with homemade whipped cream and it was AWESOME!

I think I had too much juice with my strawberries. Also, I think the parchment paper is important. I used wax paper and it didn’t work very well.

It could have been a bit sweeter and the cust got soggy on the bottom. The warm strawberries were a little odd. Overall it was easy to make and good for a summer dessert.
