		<description><![CDATA[I have never made a from scratch cupcake with olive oil as the fat, but it resulted in an awesome texture. The cupcakes were a dark chocolate and came out with a lovely gloss. The icing was very sweet, but it went really well with the not so sweet cupcake. Can&#039;t wait to eat every single one! (side note: if you only have one cupcake pan like me, cut bake time to 20 minutes)]]></description>
