Very easy to make but it looks like you spent a lot of time on them. They are also very delicious. I made them this weekend and didn’t have any heavy whipping cream but instead had some cool whip that I used and I had great RAVES over them. Oh I also served them in martini glasses.

how would you omit the strawberries and make them chocolate????? my 7 & 8 yr old love cheesecake & these look soo good
