So good!! Tastes just like strawberry cheesecake. Next time I’ll use plain graham crackers and omit topping them with chocolate. It didn’t add anything for us.

I made this the oher day with my kids. We left out the mix-ins and it was really great. We happened to have chocolate and vanilla ice cream on hand and made our own sundaes with the 3 flavors and it was even better! It was a great way to celebrate summer vacation! We will be making it again and maybe sharing with friends!

I am so excited for everyone to try this tomorrow @ my friends Housewarming Party – there might not be enough It is definitely tasty and I’m not a big cheesecake fan but this ice cream is the perfect consistency and level of sweetness to make this pregnant mama happy! YAY

My kids love cheesecake ice cream. They are trying to be healthy so I am going to torment them with this. I am sure a little happiness won’t hurt those abs! I’ll let you know how it goes.
