They taste wonderful and are so easy to make. (I used creamcheese frosting since that is what I had on hand).

Oh and definitely only fill the muffins 2/3 like the recipe says…. I got a little over-zealous and put too much in and they puffed over the sides. LOL! We still ate them but they weren’t as pretty as the others. :-)
