It did take a bit more time than 10 minutes to prep, I would say closer to a half hour. The sweet shortbread-type dough is really delicious. I used frozen berries that I had picked over the summer. After the mixed berry mixture sat for a half hour I ran them through a colander to drain the excess juices before adding to the pan. Really nice recipe, thank you for sharing!

Next time I would service it with ice cream, sort of like a cobbler. I found that if you cut the squares too small, they crumble too much to pick up. I would definitely make again, but service with a fork as sort of a cobbler.
