		<description><![CDATA[I found these &#039;little cakes&#039; to be hard to fill because they were so fragile - maybe if it was the box mix I used but it was very airy and lacked structure.  So instead we just put topped them with the strawberries and then the custard (as if it was whipped cream)  

I also found that filling the cupcake tins completely full caused the batter to overflow.  Perhaps 3/4 full would be better?

I made a lemon curd and used it instead of the vanilla custard on a few plates and it was super yummy as well.]]></description>
