I was a little uncertain since I don’t usually do anything “baking” wise with yogurt other than naan bread, but I’m really happy I made this pie! One of my friends even said “I usually am not a fan of Greek yogurt, but I really like this pie”. I’ll definitely make it again. It’d especially be good for summer get togethers as the cool fruitiness of the strawberries and the richness of the yogurt. I didn’t try it while it was warm because I find pies with a milk component are better chilled. So I’d definitely recommend refrigerating it over night.
