I made these for Easter and they were a HUGE hit!

What I love most about this recipe is how adaptable it is. I am now imagining all the different cake mixes that would be so yummy, like lemon, red velvet, devil’s food and spice cake mix. This is a new favorite cookie and the best part is they are so easy to make!

I agree that these were great cookies, incredibly easy to make. I would love to try different flavor cake mixes, lemon would be especially tasty.

These were super easy to make and all the neighbors loved them when I brought them to a get-together (I made the almond ones, too). If fact, we’re having another get-together tonight and they’re insisting I make more!

These were so easy to make (I actually put them in the fridge overnight) – and SOOOO yummy to eat!

I may try using different flavored cake mixes to achieve a beautiful Springtime mixture of colors – perhaps Lime or Lemon, or a White cake mix with almond flavoring – or even a Chocolate cake mix with peppermint flavoring for Valentine’s day!
