Upon first taste I thought, "strawberry French toast!" This was absolutely delish warm and possibly even better cold the next morning! This is a little messy to eat when warm, but totally worth the mess. I did heat the jam a little bc it was thick and hard to spread over the warm cream cheese. We didn't eat it all, so input the last 2 pieces in the fridge. They sat overnight and were even better the next morning for breakfast after the bread soaked up some of the goodness--yum!
