It was delicious! But... I altered it, I used 1 1/4 cups of Whipped Topping rather than the recommended 1/2 cup, it gave it a lighter and thicker fill. Next time I will reduce the almond extract, it was a little over powering (and I love, love, love almond!) WONDERFUL light dessert, and it was so easy!!!!

We loved this! I added some extra whipped cream and went a little light on the almond extract. I don't usually like things too heavy on the almond. We enjoyed it! Even my husband (Mr. Steak and Potatoes) said it was yummy!
