Delicious! I made a double batch with giant cookies and cooked them just a little bit longer for crispy edges and a chewy middle.

I love these cookies! I made them this evening, and, so far, they’re a big hit! Super simple to put together, they smell great, and super delicious. I cooked them a little bit longer, so they got a little crispy around the edges…so yummy! I also didn’t have the cloves or cardamom, so I used 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg instead. I will definitely be making these again.

WOW…. I can’t believe there are only six reviews of this recipe?! I think it may be my favorite PW recipe. I make it all the time. I’ve got it committed to memory. It’s never-fail. ALWAYS a crowd pleaser. I usually put the spice levels on steroids and add a TON more. I like them to really explode with spiciness. Ohhh… and the cardamom is 100% necessary.

Delish! I love molasses cookies and these were SO quick and easy. It was nice to not have to wait for butter to soften.

Oh my good heavens all mighty. These cookies are divine. They have the perfect blend of Christmas spices. When you open the oven you’ll swear you hear jingle bells… They are so beautiful too. They cook into perfect round circles with a bit of a shimmer from the sugar. Cookies with bling! My new favorite cookie, they are!

These turned out perfect. I fell in love with a Martha Stewart Recipe 2 years ago, but I’ve never been able to get them to turn out right again since the first time I made them. I’ve been looking for a great Molasses cookie recipe since then and I think I’ve found it.
