I have not seen them in the stores for many years. This was our new “try” recipe for Christmas.

THEY WERE FANTASTIC!

Nice spice flavor, easy to follow recipe, and even better than those store bought cookies. This recipe will be used many times.

FYI: We made cookies w/2 of the disc then made the other 2 disc several days later….still great!
