This recipe was so simple! I added an extra banana (because I wanted to use what I had!) and an extra teaspoon of vanilla. I didn’t use the topping because it was perfect without it! Absolutely moist and delicious !

Super moist and yummy! I baked mine in a 10″ skillet and it was perfect. Made a PB frosting for the top.

This was great – I agree with gogoginny though, the cake stands on its own. It was a little too something – I might experiment a bit with the topping to see if I can make it more to our taste.

This banana cake is excellent. My daughter and I made it together and it cooked up beautifully. The topping is good, but I think the cake stands alone without it. Will definitely make this again!

Very tasty. I’m always on the lookout for banana recipes, and this one stands out. Simple, yet delish; the sour cream adds a perfect touch. I did put walnuts in mine, and will try chocolate chips next time. Twinks, you’re the top banana!
