		<description><![CDATA[I made some during out last snowfall.....except I doubled the snow and added a can of cream of coconut.  Shake the cream of coconut real well until it is all mixed together or else it will have chunky clunks.....learned this the hard way on the first batch.  The second batch I actually poured the cream of coconut into a bowl and mixed with a mixer first.  I froze it for eating later and it was so yummy!  My recipe actually called for adding 1/2 cup sugar also. Tried it both ways and either was fine...one with the sugar and one without.]]></description>
