Per the first review, I baked for 15 minutes, and then added two more for a total of 17 minutes. I also used *all* butter in the frosting instead of the small amount of shortening it called for. SO YUMMY! I took them to my son’s basketball party…and a lady sought me out to tell me they were “amazing” and that I should open up a shop! lol

Baked mine for 20 minutes and they were a little more done than I normally like but it worked out perfectly because it was like a snickerdoodle cookie on top with a cupcake underneath, topped off with creamy, light, frosting. Delish.
