As for the 10 mins for cooling….mine were perfect temp after 10 mins…sorry about that…I hope it all worked out for you…we love these…my very favorite cookie!!

They took awhile longer then 10 minutes to cool down enough to make balls and were never as firm as I had expected, but it all worked out. They are sweet and fruity- sortof halfway between a cookie and candy, and certain to be a hit with coconut lovers.
