I tried these truffles yesterday and they are just so good. They were easy to make and I can see alot of variations for them with flavorings. I reccomend giving them a try!

I love good, simple chocolate truffles! I can’t wait to try these. I’m thinking of using kahlua, maybe even try it with different types of chocolate chips.

So I made these and they are amazing! I have to have alot of control to not eat all of them in one sitting. I switched up the recipe a bit though. Instead of using 2 cups of bittersweet chocolate I used 1 cup bittersweet and 1 cup Andes mint chips. Awesome recipe and super easy!

You could leave out the flavoring… but I would suggest at least adding a little bit of vanilla extract, for depth. Or you could use a chocolate liqueur! :o)
