I love the flavor and spice in this recipe. Apples are comfort food and these were very flavorful. This could easily be put in the middle of a pie crust, turn up the edges, and bake. I served mine hot from the pan with some heavy cream drizzled over the top. I also added a little salt, but that is because I’m a salt addict. Thanks for the great recipe, it’s a keeper!
