I had a dinner party last night for my daughter’s birthday and I like to serve a lot of different desserts other than her birthday cake.I decided to try this one because I love all of your recipes.It was amazing!!I got so many compliments on it.I thought i had the perfect carrot cake recipe but this one has taken its place hands down!

Seriously the best carrot cake ever! Makes a ton of frosting, but is that ever really a bad thing? Huge hit at Easter!

First time ever making a carrot cake and everyone loved it. There was a lot of frosting left, so I decided that must mean that I needed to put it on thicker…Glad I did.
