Not as moist as I had hoped. Will put some of the nuts in the cake and not all in the batter next time like someone else had mentioned. Will make again and hoping to change to 5 mitt’s!

I’ve never made a carrot cake before, but this recipe was easy and turned out perfectly moist! I made the sheet cake version and omitted nuts all together to appease my husband, but I think I’ll add them in the future. Will definitely make this again!

I used the step-by-step recipe from PW’s blog, which was helpful. I also left out the pecans from the frosting, and it was still oh so delicious!
