When I tried this recipe, it made a very sticky drop cookie batter. The cookies flatten completely shortly after coming out of the oven, but they are soft and chewy. The milk choc chips are a must--I used semi-sweet, because that's what I had in the cupboard, but it's a not-very-sweet and quite-salty cookie, so it needs the milk choc. Bottom line, I think this is a good, but not great, cookie recipe. I'd probably reach for a traditional peanut butter cookie or a traditional oatmeal cookie recipe rather than try this one again.
