I adjusted the amounts of everything, so it would fit in a 10 in pie plate. I added pumpkin pie spice to the cream cheese mix and it was very good.

Not to mention it’s WAY easier then baking a traditional pumpkin pie, but has twice the “impress your company” vibe then a standard pie.
