I ended up having to use lemon schanpps instead of limoncello, but can only imagine they would have been magnificent if I had (the schnapps was still pretty good though). The sugar to booze ratio was perfectly balanced, which is why I’m leaving this review even though I ended up having to sub out a main ingredient.
