I tripled the recipe to get a full dozen cupcakes and it worked perfectly. They were moist, rich and the graham crackers added a nice flavor. The only thing I’ll do differently next time is spread around the marshmallow fluff a little before bruleeing it. It helped to take the cupcake wrappers off before firing up the torch. Thanks for the recipe, we really enjoyed them!
