I doubled the recipe and found that the proportion of crumbs was perfect! My only note was that I baked them for ~15-18 minutes instead of the 23 suggested. I liked the softer color and texture after the shorter baking time.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[These were a HUGE hit with my family.  I had to add a lot more cracker crumbs than the recipe called for to get the batter to a good cake consistency.  Also, go ahead and throw in some chocolate chips before you bake the cupcakes.  Then, just top with marshmallow cream.  Perfection!]]></description>
