I did one batch like the recipe above but I put them in muffin pans so that i can serve them up individually for Christmas gifts at my office. Then I did a 2nd batch the same way, but I put McVite’s Digestives in the bottom of the large muffin pan. They are the exact shape and size and fit perfectly!
