It’s very similar to one I used years ago from a McCall’s Cookbook and my grown daughter is asking me to make it for her again. A terrific recipe. So simple and very hardy. We just broke the shortbread into pieces. It never would cut evenly anyway. A real substantial healthy easy recipe.
