		<description><![CDATA[These are a wonderfully fudgy cookie with just the right amounts of both peanut butter and chocolate. I would suggest toasting the nuts in the oven for a few minutes as the dough is already slightly oily from the peanut butter. Toasting the nuts will dry them enought that they won&#039;t add additional oil to the texture of the dough. Overall these are a decadent treat.]]></description>
