		<description><![CDATA[This was not as hard to make as I thought it might be.  It is pretty darn good.  I plan on making it again and again over the years.  I used 2 loaf pans instead of a tube pan and the loaves turned out just fine.  Finishing up the first loaf now.  Yum!  I am proud to say that when cut, mine looks just like yours!  Woo hoo!  Thanks for the recipe!]]></description>

With the creme cheese, butter, and eggs, I can imagine how dense and rich this cake will be when I make it very soon.   This type of cake only gets better with age.
