It is pretty darn good. I plan on making it again and again over the years. I used 2 loaf pans instead of a tube pan and the loaves turned out just fine. Finishing up the first loaf now. Yum! With the creme cheese, butter, and eggs, I can imagine how dense and rich this cake will be when I make it very soon. This type of cake only gets better with age.
