I never grew up with rhubarb, but if you are into sweet and tangy, this is the dessert for you! I did double the filling, too many people! And did not double the topping because, well, frankly, I forgot to! And I only put half the brown sugar because, well, I ran out! But this was definitely a keeper – I’m not even looking for any more rhubarb recipes for my 4 or 5 plants growing out back! The winner has been found!
