I suggest adding this line regarding the processing of the almond filling: &quot;Let the processor run for at least 2 minutes so the almond filling is smooth.&quot;  I made a different version of this, and the texture was very gritty.  Smooth was better.  Also, the bake time was actually 30-35 min before it started to rise and set in the center.  Finally, 12 ounces of berries is 340 grams and I could not get even 100 grams of currants in this tart.  If you put on all those currants, they will add a lot of moisture to the surface.]]></description>
