		<description><![CDATA[I followed the notes of others and used a little less butter in the crust.  It was absolutely declicious.  I used a 10&quot; pan, but didn&#039;t have a dish large enough to make a water bath, so I put the water on the shelf underneath in the oven.  I would suggest the water bath done properly because mine cracked.  Not that anyone cared-it was GONE!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[The Oreo crust is a little strong, next time I might make a thinner crust, or graham crackers.   Other than that, I love this cheesecake.  It&#039;s not overly sweet, and the texture is very nice.  

This was my first time making a full sized cheesecake (I&#039;ve tried mini cheesecakes and they were a disaster), and I&#039;m very happy with the results!]]></description>

I have never used the water bath method before, but it worked really well, and my cheesecake did not crack at all.  The only change I would do next time is put less butter in the crust - mine was oozing a bit of butter when I took the ring off of the spring-form pan.]]></description>
