These tasted AMAZING. The perfect combination of chocolate, nuttiness and rich fruit (I had to substitute cherry preserves for raspberry). However, the filling mixture was so soft and creamy it was too difficult to work with. I had to freeze it for 3 hours before it had set enough to roll into balls. Even then it was very messy and the end product didn't turn out very pretty. But, oh so tasty!!
