Ahh, I can’t believe I’ve never rated these! They are lovely, delicious, and versatile. I sub in whatever flavor jam I have on hand, and sometimes use almonds for the top crust. They come out perfect every time.

I have made these twice. They are easy and really good. I have used walnuts and a high quality seedless raspberry and also a mixed berry. I love them!

Made these this weekend. I was worried they would be dry with so much bottom crust, but oh no, just the opposite they were moist and fabulous!! The jelly compliments the crust nicely. They did not last long, so I will have to make more soon.

I love how easy and delicious these are! The crust tastes almost shortbread-ish. I have used raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, and apricot Jam and ALL have been tasty!
