My hubby always bragged about his grandmother’s Apple Dumplins…since he was working from a memory from childhood, I have never tried to make them…who can compete with Grandma? I ran across this posting last week and just had to give it a try…ok, I made them and refused to tell him what they were called. He took one taste and said “These taste just like Mammy’s Apple Dumplins”…Thanks for helping me overcome 30+ years of competition!
