I added everything in that the cake box told me to plus the pumpkin, some dried cranberries, some extra ground mace, cloves and Cinnamon, but I forgot to add any oil. Wow, the outcome was so good! What a lovely and quick box recipe! It was really perfect to have this come about on such a busy night.

I have found that adding two eggs and about 1/4 of oil makes the cake much less crumbly making it easier to slice.
