		<description><![CDATA[I can&#039;t wait to try these . . . they sound wonderful.  I&#039;m a misplaced Texas gal myself, and I adore pumpkin empañadas.  These sound like they&#039;d be very close -- I&#039;ll probably add a squeeze of lemon juice &amp; maybe a little lemon zest to the filling.  Pumpkin is SO under-appreciated.  Ever had pumpkin-filled ravioli with a touch of sage and thyme-flavored butter?  Swoon!
