When I had first done the melting and mixing I tasted it and didn’t really taste much pumpkin, so I added some extra spice and some extra pumpkin puree, all was still well, it tasted good, I added the vanilla and it got really thin, much thinner than fudge should be. It didn’t end up setting completely. It tastes REALLY good, but I’m using it as a spread for the pumpkin muffins I made rather than as fudge. I’m going to have to try again.
