These are fantastic! Made them to take to a family holiday get together, wish I could just keep them for myself. Used a can of Libby’s “Easy” pumpkin pie mix because that’s what I had, it worked fine. Great pie alternative, well written instructions, delicious results – thanks!

Easy and tasty! We don’t usually eat a lot of dessert in our house, but these were so good we were scooping them up for breakfast too!

I made these for my family last week and they were absolutely delicious! Super easy to make too. The only issue I had was that I followed Missamy’s notes (from the TastyKitchen blog) and used almond milk instead of the evaporated milk that is called for. The bars never quite set, so I’m thinking that almond milk doesn’t work as well as it could. Next time I’ll follow the recipe exactly. Thanks!

really delicious flavor! easy to make and serves more than a single pie which is good for baking for a crowd!

These were to die for! So good! I even made a mistake – dumped the cake mix right into the 13×9 pan instead of in a bowl, but it still mixed up well for the crust and was wonderful. Hubby loves it, and I’m taking it to my scrapbook club for luncheon today!

I took these to a dinner with friends last night and they were a big hit. They smelled AMAZING coming out of the oven and tasted great too. They were a bit too cakey for me, but that’s a minor complaint. I’ll definitely make them again.

This is seriously the BEST pumpkin bar recipe!!! I just made these last night and it took all my strength not to eat the whole thing!! Both my husband and I had two huge bars, soooo good!!!

These turned out great. I was a little skeptical after adding the topping because it sank down into the filling. But sure enough, it plumped up in the baking perfectly. Looked just like the picture. My co-workers devoured them! Great recipe!
