These cookies weren't very good. They took a long time to cook fully (I took them out after about 15 minutes and ended up putting them back in for another 5 or 10). The texture was weird, they didn't taste much like pumpkin, and the only thing that really saved them was having chocolate chips.
I thought these were very good. The recipe is simple to follow and the cookies turned out very well. I didn't have trouble with under or over baking them, just kept an eye on them though. I did think they could have been sweeter, but they were certainly a hit with my co-workers and hubby.

Oddly, I wasn't that happy with these... they didn't seem sweet enough to me, and there was an odd soapiness from the baking soda, I think... maybe next time I'll up the sugar, and use baking powder. Maybe I'm just being hormonal :-p

Yummy!! I didn't have cinnamon for some odd reason, so I substituted 1/2 tsp nutmeg and a 1/2 tsp of cloves, but other than that, I followed the recipe to a T. I also noticed the baking for 13 mins was to short for me, so I went 14-15 and they were just perfect! I'm bringing them to a church party tonight, and I'm going to have a hard time not eating them before!

FANTASTIC!!!
I am also having a hard time not underbaking them. 3 batches in and out of oven and all three are underbaked. I will continue to try until I get it right! Very easy recipe to follo!
