I know someone else who made these today as well and she had the exact same issue with the frosting. I even added more sugar and when that didn’t work I tried some meringue powder. That didn’t work either. So I gave up trying to fix it, frosted them and threw them in the freezer.

I feel like there’s an ingredient missing or something because the way the frosting looks in the picture and the way it actually turned out are on complete opposite sides of the spectrum.
