My peanut butter mixture required a little more sugar and time in the fridge to speed up cooling. If I were to do this again, I’d make sure my peanut butter mixture was ready before melting the chocolate which hardened faster than expected. These are really tasty and look cute on a plate. Would also make a great gift or housewarming present.
