These were great. I made them twice. The first batch was way to salty. The second batch I cut the salt out completely and they were much better.

Made these over Christmas to give out in goody bags and one friend said that she usually doesn’t like wedding cookies, but loved these and my husband said he’s found a new favorite cookie.

Really great, easy recipe. I have already given some away in Christmas goodie packages. I did sub a little almond extract as a personal preference. Definitely one I will make again and again. Thanks for sharing!

I’ve made these twice now in the last week. They’re delicious!!! If you like pistachio ice cream, pudding, or just the nuts, these are so dang good! The only thing I did different was add almond extract instead of vanilla. Thanks Jennifer!! They’re fantastic!!
