1) The cupcakes really stick to the linings. I followed the recipe exactly, but I do live in a high altitude. Not sure if it could that effect or not.

2) The buttercream frosting recipe didn’t work at all. I looked up some other buttercream frosting recipes, and most of them required more butter and a little milk or cream. I adjusted it accordingly and it worked out in the end.

Overall, though, these are great! I made them for my 11 year old cousin’s birthday. :)
