second bath on the cookie sheet before I baked them. Any ideas why this happened? Otherwise husband thought they were the best PB he had tasted. I became a cookie maker late in life after grandkids started along so I am still an amateur, but your recipe was easy to follow and I had all the ingredients at home.

Better than Subway’s To reduce the fat, I used light margarine instead of butter and lowered the oven to 325 for 8 minutes per batch. Ooh lala!
