Easy to make and they baked up so soft and chewy. I didn’t have any candy canes, but did have peppermint melting chips, so I used those on top instead of candy cane pieces – flavor was just as good. Hubs doesn’t care for peppermint, so half of the batch I just sprinkled with Christmas sprinkles. Will definitely make these again!
